Project Overview

Shamawar Group collaborated with TE Connectivity to deliver a comprehensive regional Product Site Training programme on Screened Separable Connectors and Plug-On Terminations for Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB).

The training sessions were conducted across the Northern, Central and Southern regions of Malaysia, enabling wider participation among TNB engineering personnel. The programme focused on product knowledge, installation procedures, operational best practices and preventive maintenance for 11kV cable connection systems.

Participants received both theoretical instruction and practical demonstrations, covering safe installation techniques, troubleshooting procedures and maintenance practices in accordance with TNB’s engineering standards. The regional approach ensured consistent technical knowledge and competency development across multiple operational teams while strengthening long-term reliability and safety within TNB’s electrical network.
