Project Overview

Shamawar Group, together with TE Connectivity as the technical partner, successfully conducted a Product Site Training programme at PPU Jalan Kapar, Jeram for Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB).

The training focused on the application of Screened Separable Connectors and Plug-On Terminations for 11kV 3-Core 500mm² cable systems, combining classroom knowledge with practical field demonstrations. Participants were introduced to product design, installation methods, operational procedures and preventive maintenance practices required to ensure long-term system performance and reliability.

Hands-on training sessions emphasised correct installation techniques, troubleshooting procedures and compliance with TNB’s engineering and safety standards. The programme supported continuous competency development for technical personnel while strengthening operational knowledge across TNB’s engineering workforce.
