Product Site Training
Shamawar Group, together with TE Connectivity as the technical partner, successfully conducted a comprehensive Product Site Training programme on Screened Separable Connectors and Plug-On Terminations for Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB).
The training was held at an operational 11kV site, providing participants with valuable hands-on experience using actual field equipment. The programme covered the design, installation, operation and maintenance of Screened Separable Connectors and Plug-On Terminations for 11kV 3-Core 500mm² cable systems.
Participants gained a thorough understanding of product functionality, installation best practices, safety requirements and preventive maintenance procedures. Practical sessions included correct installation techniques, troubleshooting methods and maintenance practices to ensure long-term performance and operational reliability.
The programme also introduced participants to TNB’s technical standards, installation procedures and operational requirements, ensuring that all work complies with the utility’s engineering and safety expectations.
